I live at Pebble Creek apartments and they towed my vehicle for absolutely nothing. I had to pay 355 dollars for no reason. My sticker feel off my rearview mirror and landed right beside my shifter in plain sight but they still towed my truck and destroyed my passenger door getting into it. I had my vehicle towed from my own apartment because they failed to look inside my truck for the tag. The man walked with me to get the truck and before I even opened my door I told him to freaking look and we both saw that the tag was in clear sight. I should not have had to pay that bill because I done nothing wrong. This was so unprofessional and so inconsiderate. My lawsuit against this company will hopefully open their eyes wider and start having a little more respect for others. They was very rude and actual though I was the bad guy. I hope they understand what is about to happen. I will not let this go!!

Hunter was both punctual and professional. he took pictures of the vehicle before he loaded it. and then loaded the vehicle without any problems. definitely an asset to the company. I trusted him with my truck and I don't trust my baby to anyone. The receipts was in my phone within minutes of the truck being delivered

I had a completely stress-free experience. My tow truck driver, Hunter, was incredibly professional, kind, and resourceful. He quickly found solutions and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy. I highly recommend Frankie's Towing, and if you have the chance, ask for Hunter as your driver. Thank you to the entire team, you were amazing!

Hello, Jeff with Frankie’s was great! He helped my friend out tonight and a stranger out too. Super nice man, thanks Jeff! Only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is my previous interactions while within in the Frankie’s towing business itself, a female staff there was exceptionally rude when my own car got towed. Tonight changed my views about the company and makes me think better of Frankie’s as a whole.

After a tire blowout on HWY 100 during rush hour, Frankie’s took great care of me and my car. The driver, Steve, was responsive, arrived before the dispatcher’s estimate and worked quickly to get me and the car safely off the road. Steve even gave me a ride home and dropped my car off at the tire shop for me. No one likes needing tow service but Frankie’s is the place to call when you do.
